Finance & Management Accounts Manager

About the role

Life Style Snacks (Pvt.) Ltd., a food manufacturing company based in Lahore, is hiring a Finance & Management Accounts Manager. This is not a routine bookkeeping or taxation role: the manager provides the CEO, who is based outside Pakistan, with complete financial visibility of the business, including profitability, cash flow, working capital, inventory, product costing, customer/channel profitability and financial controls. The position is full-time and on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a complete monthly management P&L by the 5th working day of each month
• Prepare daily and weekly CEO financial dashboards covering sales, collections, cash, receivables, payables, inventory, expenses and profitability
• Develop and maintain a 13-week rolling cash-flow forecast and monitor performance against budget, explaining material variances
• Maintain accurate SKU/product costing (raw materials, packaging, conversion cost, contribution margin) and analyse profitability by SKU, customer and channel
• Monitor AR/AP ageing, reconcile bank balances, inventory, customer and supplier accounts, and reconcile book stock with physical stock
• Identify financial leakage, abnormal costs and wastage, and establish strong internal financial controls
• Support management with commercial analysis and financial decisions, improve ERP and reporting systems, and work closely with Production, Sales, Supply Chain and Management

Required profile

• Preferred: ACMA / CMA / ACCA / CA finalist or qualified CACandidate
• Ideally 5-8 years of finance/accounting experience, including at least 3 years in manufacturing, preferably FMCG, food, pharmaceutical, packaging or consumer products
• Strong experience in management accounting, costing, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Understanding of manufacturing accounts, inventory, WIP and finished goods
• Ability to prepare and interpret management accounts, not just record transactions
• Comfortable reporting directly to the CEO and questioning numbers that do not reconcile

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and financial modelling
• ERP/accounting systems
• Power BI and dashboarding (an advantage)

What we offer

• Salary of PKR 250,000-300,000 per month plus a performance bonus
• Exceptional candidates with strong manufacturing management-accounting credentials may be considered separately
