Finance Manager

About the role

Fatima Group is expanding its oil and gas exploration footprint and seeks a dynamic Finance Manager to act as the strategic financial anchor of the business. The role will support financial planning, budgeting, capital allocation and the establishment of robust accounting and governance frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in formulating long‑term strategic plans, portfolio management and medium‑term planning frameworks.
• Build, own and maintain complex financial and economic models for major capital expenditures, exploration ventures and new initiatives.
• Conduct liquidity stress tests and sensitivity analyses to mitigate project risks.
• Support annual and quarterly budgeting cycles, predictive forecasting and variance analysis.
• Partner with technical departments, joint‑venture partners and head‑office teams to share financial insights and ensure cost alignment.
• Modernize financial operations using BI tools, ERP systems and automation while maintaining strong accounting governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, capital allocation and corporate finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a business partner across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in the oil and gas or energy sector is a plus.
