Finance Manager

About the role

ICT Distribution is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations for its regional and national activities in Pakistan. The role is based on‑site in Karachi and requires solid experience in finance within multinational or APAC‑focused distribution environments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and manage month‑end closing processes.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, and cash‑flow reporting.
• Develop budgets, financial forecasts and conduct variance analysis.
• Maintain vendor and partner payment schedules across all operations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls and company financial policies.
• Coordinate audit activities and liaise with external auditors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a professional qualification (ACCA/CA).
• Minimum 4 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably at regional or national level in Pakistan.
• Experience in multinational or APAC‑focused organizations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
