Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the company’s financial stewardship, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and other authorities. The role combines treasury oversight, tax compliance, and stakeholder coordination to safeguard the firm’s financial integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end payment workflows, reconcile daily bank statements and maintain strong relationships with local banks for account services.
• Strengthen internal control systems, standardise reimbursement, payment and staff borrowing processes, and mitigate risks of treasury loss or fraud.
• Develop and implement tax strategies in line with Pakistan tax laws, reduce tax burden, handle tax inquiries, inspections and audits, and liaise with tax authorities.
• Organise annual external audits, ensure timely issuance of audit reports and maintain communication with banks, funding partners and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA preferred.
• 2‑5 years of experience in financial services or a Big‑Four accounting firm.
• Fluent written and verbal English for cross‑regional communication.
