Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to establish and oversee the company's financial system, including accounting, fund management and tax matters. The role involves setting up processes, managing daily financial operations and ensuring compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the financial system of the company, covering accounting, fund management, tax matters and related activities.
• Handle accounting tasks such as reviewing daily payments, managing accounts receivable and payable, bookkeeping, issuing financial statements and assisting with statistical analysis.
• Manage all bank‑related activities including account opening, changes, closures and daily fund management.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, financial management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of financial management experience in large or medium‑size enterprises.
• Experience setting up a company and working with NBFCs is preferred.
• Self‑driven, strong sense of responsibility and proven team leadership and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Competent use of Microsoft Word.
