Financial Analysis Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Analysis Associate with a background in contract logistics to support financial planning, cost management, and performance analysis for our Warehousing function. The role works closely with Operations Excellence and Warehousing teams to provide actionable financial insights that drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes for warehousing, in partnership with Operations Excellence.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, conduct variance analysis, and deliver insightful reports.
• Analyse operational expenses, identify cost drivers, and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Present monthly cost and performance analyses to management and operational stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, support audits, and help mitigate financial risks.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Warehousing teams to translate data into clear, actionable insights.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in FP&A, cost management, or a similar finance role.
• Background in contract logistics, 3PL, warehousing, supply chain, manufacturing, or another operations‑intensive environment.
• Proven ability to work with operational costs, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
