Financial Analyst – Cash Application

About the role

You will join the Finance Operations team to manage cash‑application activities across assigned markets. The role involves posting and reconciling incoming payments, investigating discrepancies, and collaborating with internal partners to resolve issues while continuously improving processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash‑application tasks and match customer invoices with cash remittances.
• Investigate and allocate unallocated payments, providing evidence of payment.
• Follow up on missing remittances and resolve customer queries.
• Resolve disputes with LOC/CS&L/CTC teams and execute Feban/Purge for advance customers.
• Calculate monthly unallocated/unapplied KPIs.
• Provide backup support for other MEA hub markets.
• Perform market‑specific controls and obtain review from the line manager.
• Assist G8 team members with closing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or finance operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
