Financial Analyst

About the role

As a Financial Analyst you will own accounting and financial operations for assigned operating companies, ensuring accurate reporting under US GAAP and supporting budgeting, forecasting and analysis in a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute month‑end close processes, managing GL, AP and AR activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements using automation and AI tools.
• Maintain balance‑sheet reconciliations and support audit compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, prepare forecasts and perform variance analysis.
• Assist with M&A integration, acquisition accounting, and development of SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Experience managing GL, AP, AR and month‑end close processes.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles.
