Financial Controller

About the role

SQUATWOLF, a fast‑growing gymwear brand, is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead its finance function. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and strategic financial planning to support the company’s global expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes and deliver insightful reports to senior management.
• Direct cash‑flow, liquidity and working‑capital management, including relationships with banks.
• Implement and monitor internal controls, tax compliance, and coordinate external audits.
• Drive process improvements, automation and SAP Business One integration.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team while fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.

Required profile

• CA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent qualification.
• 8‑10 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Background in retail, e‑commerce or FMCG is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax compliance.
