Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to build and lead a high‑performing financial planning and analysis function. You will design processes, implement governance, and provide strategic insights that drive growth for a fast‑moving software, SaaS or services business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short‑ and long‑term driver‑based financial models and scenario‑planning frameworks.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting cycles, integrating sales pipeline, resource utilization and workforce planning data.
• Own the annual budgeting process, consolidate departmental budgets and enforce variance monitoring and escalation procedures.
• Produce and present monthly management reporting packages, dashboards and KPI tracking for revenue, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Analyze cost structures, identify optimization opportunities and support cost‑saving initiatives across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing FP&A functions in a software, SaaS or services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Excellent business partnering skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and driving financial accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable processes and governance frameworks.
