About the role
We are seeking a Fire Protection Engineer to lead design and inspection activities for fire safety systems. The role involves ensuring compliance with standards and overseeing installation and commissioning.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and fire safety assessments.
- Design fire alarm, smoke and heat detection, firefighting and suppression systems.
- Prepare technical inspection reports, BOQs, drawings and material specifications.
- Supervise installation teams and verify testing and commissioning.
Required profile
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering/Technology discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fire protection systems.
- Knowledge of applicable standards and fire protection system design.
Required skills
- Fire alarm panels and detectors.
- Hydrants, sprinklers and fire pumps.
- Design of smoke and heat detection systems.
- Preparation of BOQs, drawings and material specifications.
