Fit‑Out Project Manager – Corporate & Commercial

About the role

Facility Management Associates (FMA) is seeking a motivated Fit‑Out Project Manager to lead corporate, commercial, retail and office fit‑out projects across Pakistan. You will oversee projects from initiation through handover, ensuring quality, safety, timelines and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple fit‑out projects simultaneously, from planning to closeout.
• Mobilise sites, allocate resources and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Plan material procurement, oversee site logistics and monitor daily progress.
• Prepare and track project schedules, verify measurements and generate client billings.
• Review subcontractor invoices, certify payments and enforce quality control.
• Implement HSE standards on all sites and control project budgets.
• Conduct client meetings, present progress updates and manage snagging, punch lists and handovers.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and shop drawings; maintain project documentation.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Civil or Architectural Engineering (minimum 3 years interior fit‑out experience) OR DAE in Civil/Architecture/Building Technology (minimum 5 years corporate fit‑out experience).
• Valid motorcycle licence, own bike for local site visits in Lahore and personal laptop.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Interior fit‑out works, civil works & finishes, gypsum & ceiling systems, flooring & wall finishes.
• Joinery & carpentry, glass & aluminium works, electrical & low‑current coordination, HVAC & plumbing coordination.
• BOQ interpretation, quantity verification, material specifications, quality assurance & inspection procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project (preferred) and basic AutoCAD.
