Fixed Asset Manager

About the role

CONVO is looking for a Mid‑Level Fixed Asset Manager to join its Finance team in Islamabad. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of fixed assets, ensuring accurate accounting, compliance with IFRS/GAAP, and delivering reliable financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee acquisition, capitalization, depreciation, revaluation, transfer and disposal of fixed assets.
• Execute mass additions, depreciation runs and FA‑to‑GL reconciliations within Oracle ERP.
• Maintain asset registers, schedules and management reports.
• Conduct physical verification, tagging and reconciliation of assets across locations.
• Design and enforce internal controls, segregation of duties and audit trails.
• Collaborate with procurement, IT, auditors and other stakeholders to resolve asset‑related issues.

Required profile

• B.Com. minimum; preference for MBA (Finance), CA‑Inter, ICMA‑Inter, ACCA or similar qualifications.
• 5‑7 years of experience in fixed asset accounting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Oracle ERP Fixed Assets Module (E‑Business Suite or Cloud).
• Fixed Asset Accounting lifecycle management.
• IFRS and GAAP compliance.
• Advanced Excel for complex reconciliations and financial modelling.
• Experience with other ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics (preferred).
