Flooring Estimator – Commercial & Multifamily Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Flooring Estimator to join our team in Karachi, focusing on multifamily and large‑scale commercial projects. The role involves delivering accurate quantity takeoffs, material and cost estimates, and ensuring precise measurement through construction drawing reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs for flooring work on multifamily and commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed material and cost estimates.
• Review construction drawings to verify measurements and specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather information and align estimates.
• Produce clear estimation reports and maintain estimating records.
• Verify material specifications and compliance with industry standards.
• Work on‑site in Karachi, including rotation shift schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in takeoffs and material/quantity estimation for multifamily and large commercial projects.
• Proficiency in RFMS and Measure Square software.
• Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation methods, and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time‑management skills.
