FMCG Sales Executive – Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a motivated FMCG Sales Executive who will lead a small team of five sales professionals in Karachi. The role focuses on driving sales growth, managing distributor relationships, and executing effective territory and route planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet FMCG targets.
• Manage and nurture relationships with distributors and key clients.
• Lead, mentor and monitor a team of five sales members.
• Plan territory coverage and optimise route planning for maximum outreach.
• Conduct merchandising and promotional activities to boost product visibility.
• Negotiate terms with distributors and customers.
• Monitor sales data, generate reports and analyse market trends.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and product launches.
• Maintain accurate sales records using MS Office tools.
• Identify new market opportunities and resolve customer queries promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of FMCG sales experience, preferably as a sales officer.
• Under 30 years of age.
• Intermediate education minimum; graduate preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
