Food Server

About the role

Nashist.pk, a concept celebrating Pakistani culture through food and hospitality, is hiring a full-time, on-site Food Server in Karachi. The server greets guests, presents menus, takes orders accurately and serves food and drinks in a timely and courteous way.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and take orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Keep tables clean and properly set
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage orders
• Respond to guest requests and feedback
• Handle payments
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards

Required profile

• Ability to work on-site in Karachi, including evenings, weekends and peak hours
• Previous restaurant, café or hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude toward learning and cultural hospitality

Required skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage service operations
• Basic cooking understanding or interest
• Attention to cleanliness, food safety and personal hygiene
• Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays and move quickly in a busy environment
