Food Service Manager – North Region

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Food Service Manager to lead our North region sales in Islamabad. You will be responsible for growing the Food Service / B2B business, managing distributor relationships and driving the sales team to meet targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
• Manage distributor partnerships and lead the sales team effectively.
• Maintain and grow key account relationships across HoReCa, wholesale and e‑commerce channels.
• Launch new products in collaboration with distributors and marketing.
• Create joint business plans and oversee their execution.
• Report performance and insights to the Channel Manager and senior leadership.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of commercial experience in Food Service or HoReCa, with at least 1–2 years in a customer‑facing sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong commercial acumen, able to build forecasts and consider P&L factors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proactive, comfortable working in a fast‑paced, matrixed FMCG environment.
