Foreman – Production Line Supervisor

About the role
The Foreman will oversee the production line to ensure output meets sales demand while maintaining quality and efficiency. This role requires close coordination with the sales, maintenance, and materials teams to keep the line running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and yearly production targets set by the sales department.
- Manage raw material flow and ensure timely availability for the line.
- Maintain line efficiency according to standard procedures, including line shutdowns and restarts.
- Control budget allocations on a weekly and monthly basis and oversee spare‑part inventory.
- Supervise headcount, ensuring staffing levels match the approved structure without exceeding limits.
Required profile
- Diploma (D.A.E or B.Tech) in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
- 2‑3 years of experience supervising production or manufacturing lines.
Required skills
- Electrical systems knowledge.
- Mechanical systems knowledge.
