Forex Trader

About the role

Refine Success is seeking an experienced Forex Trader to support its investment advisory and corporate finance services. The role involves executing currency trades, managing FX risk, and collaborating with risk, research, and technology teams to deliver disciplined, data‑driven execution for both proprietary and client positions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute spot, forward, and basic derivative orders while monitoring market liquidity.
• Maintain accurate trade capture, settlement, and audit‑ready records.
• Measure and control open positions, run stress tests, and enforce pre‑defined limits and hedging strategies.
• Develop short‑ and medium‑term trade ideas using macroeconomic indicators, technical signals, and proprietary models.
• Prepare daily P&L and position reports and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.

Required profile

• Proven FX trading experience with spot and forward execution.
• Strong understanding of macroeconomic drivers, interest‑rate differentials, and currency correlations relevant to PKR and regional pairs.
• 2+ years of FX trading or treasury experience preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for trade notes and P&L commentary.

Required skills

• Proficiency with trading platforms.
• Experience using order management systems.
• Familiarity with market data terminals.
