Forward Deployed Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our client’s team on a full‑time remote basis. In this role you will bring cutting‑edge AI solutions to enterprise customers, ensuring smooth implementation, scaling, and adoption across production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and scale AI/ML models and supporting infrastructure for enterprise clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time to maintain system reliability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and iterate on solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployed systems.
• Provide technical leadership through customer training, best‑practice guidance, and proactive support.

Required profile

• Proven experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to diagnose complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Containerization technologies: Docker, Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipeline implementation
