Freelance Profile Handler – Business Development Intern & Junior

About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our on‑site team in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi as Business Development Interns or Juniors. You will work directly with international clients on Fiverr and Upwork, supporting the sales pipeline and coordinating with our development team.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with international clients on Fiverr and Upwork, responding to inquiries professionally.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, custom offers and follow up with potential leads.
• Maintain lead and client records, and coordinate project requirements with the development team.
• Assist in business development activities, including client negotiations and converting inquiries into projects.

Required profile

• Good written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Basic computer and internet proficiency; punctual, organized and responsible.
• For the Junior role: at least 6 months of relevant experience on freelancing platforms.
• Willingness to learn, improve and grow within a fast‑paced environment.
