Freelance Technical Recruiter - IT Field Services

About the role

SmartField Tech, a global IT field services provider, is hiring a freelance technical recruiter to support its growing international IT field services and managed services operations. The role suits independent recruiters with experience sourcing technical professionals who want to earn commission on successful placements.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified IT professionals for international requirements.
• Recruit Network Engineers, System Administrators, Deskside Engineers, EUC Technicians, IT Support Engineers and Field Service Engineers.
• Search candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks and recruitment databases.
• Screen CVs and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Verify candidate availability, location, technical skills and expected rates.
• Maintain an active candidate database and support urgent and international recruitment needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in IT or technical recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and technical job profiles.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Ideal candidates include independent recruiters, freelance talent acquisition professionals, recruitment consultants and people with an established IT candidate network across India or internationally.

Required skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Access to LinkedIn, job portals or other candidate sourcing channels is an advantage.
