Freight Broker Agent – U.S. Logistics

About the role

Haliq Global is seeking motivated Freight Broker Agents to join its U.S. logistics team. The role focuses on contacting U.S.-based shippers, generating new freight business, and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S. shippers and prospective customers.
• Generate and qualify new freight opportunities.
• Understand shipping requirements and propose suitable transportation solutions.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and messages.
• Coordinate with pricing and operations teams to provide freight quotations.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and customer activity.
• Work toward daily and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong English speaking and listening skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence in outbound calling and customer interaction.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Basic computer and email handling skills.
• Motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn.
