Front Desk Officer – Admissions & Social Media

About the role

The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, handling admissions inquiries and promoting the campus through social media. This role combines customer service, lead generation, and administrative support to help achieve the institution’s enrollment goals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive external admissions by reaching out to prospective students and generating new admission leads.
• Achieve monthly admission targets through effective follow‑ups, communication, and conversion of leads.
• Build strong relationships with parents and prospective students and handle admission‑related meetings and queries.
• Manage and actively promote SKANS Rawalpindi’s social media platforms to increase visibility, engagement, and admission inquiries.
• Plan and execute social media activities and campaigns to attract potential students.
• Regularly follow up with admission inquiries, leads, and prospective students to maximize conversions.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and students throughout the admission process.
• Monitor and follow up on student attendance and engagement where required.
• Support day‑to‑day front desk and admission‑related activities at the campus.
