Front Desk Officer

About the role

Califord, a clothing brand founded in 1990 known for high-quality menswear, is hiring a Front Desk Officer for its onsite location in Karachi. The role welcomes visitors, answers inquiries and ensures a professional first impression of the office. It is a full-time, on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and respond to their inquiries
• Manage the reception area and answer phone calls
• Direct visitors to the appropriate departments
• Handle basic administrative support such as scheduling, record keeping and mail distribution
• Coordinate with internal teams and maintain office supplies at the front desk
• Support customer service activities as needed

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities
• Experience with receptionist duties: managing incoming calls, greeting visitors and handling front desk inquiries
• Office administration skills: organizing files, scheduling appointments and maintaining records
• Ability to stay calm, organized and detail-oriented in a busy retail or office environment
• Prior front desk, customer service or retail experience is preferred

Required skills

• Strong communication in English and local languages, verbal and written
• Basic computer literacy (email, word processing and spreadsheets) and willingness to learn internal systems
• Office equipment handling: phones, printers, scanners and computers
