Front Sales Agent & Upseller – eCommerce

About the role

The Front Sales Agent & Upseller will be the first point of contact for prospective eCommerce clients in Karachi. Working night shifts on‑site, you will convert inbound and outbound leads into long‑term customers while driving revenue through upselling of marketplace services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales communications via calls, emails and meetings.
• Qualify leads, understand client requirements and present solutions such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify and eCommerce account management.
• Conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, quotations and follow‑up communications.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and identify cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM tools.
• Coordinate with operations and account‑management teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development or customer success (2 years overall preferred).
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and target‑driven mindset.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in client meetings and ability to understand pain points.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
