Front Sales Executive

About the role

Flexify Fusions, a creative digital agency in Karachi, is looking for a Front Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and match client needs with digital solutions. The role involves building relationships with business owners and decision‑makers while working closely with the agency’s design, development and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue prospective clients through market research, outreach, networking and lead follow‑up.
• Understand client requirements and recommend relevant website, branding, digital marketing and technology services.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals and service explanations.
• Maintain an organized pipeline, update lead records and provide regular activity and sales reports.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, marketers and project specialists to ensure accurate proposals and smooth handovers.
• Build long‑term client relationships and follow up on ongoing opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication with confident presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, conduct follow‑ups and move opportunities through a sales pipeline.
• Understanding of website design, branding, digital marketing or technology services and the ability to explain them clearly.
• Client‑focused approach with strong listening, needs analysis and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to prepare proposals, quotations, sales reports and concise business communications.
• Comfort working with targets, maintaining accurate records and managing multiple prospects.
• Professional, self‑motivated, organized and capable of collaborating with creative and technical teams.
• Working knowledge of office productivity tools and customer or lead management systems.
