Front Sales Specialist

About the role

The Front Sales Specialist will work on‑site in Karachi, engaging both prospective and existing clients to showcase RedBox’s digital services and convert qualified leads into long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle walk‑in and inbound client inquiries.
• Conduct product and service demonstrations.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales tracking systems.
• Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Gather client feedback to refine the sales approach.
• Support post‑sale handovers for smooth onboarding.
• Achieve or exceed defined sales targets.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Proven customer service experience with a focus on long‑term relationships.
• Demonstrated sales experience in lead qualification, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.
• Experience in sales management or training to share best practices.
• Familiarity with digital products such as UX/design, web/mobile development, SaaS, or AI solutions.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and basic productivity software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
