Front Seller (Cold Caller) – Night Shift

About the role

Impleko builds AI‑driven automation tools for US service businesses. As a Front Seller you will initiate conversations with business owners during a night shift aligned to US business hours, qualify leads and schedule appointments for the closing team.

Key responsibilities

• Make 120‑150 outbound calls per shift to US business owners and decision‑makers.
• Open the call, keep the conversation focused, and quickly qualify lead volume, response process, and decision authority.
• Book qualified appointments directly onto the closer’s calendar.
• Follow up via SMS and email on no‑answers or reschedules.
• Log every call outcome and notes in the CRM on the same day.
• Provide objections and feedback to the team to improve scripts.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of outbound calling experience, preferably targeting the US market.
• Clear, neutral English with strong listening skills.
• Comfort with rejection and discipline to keep dialing.
• Ability to think on your feet rather than read a script verbatim.
• Familiarity with a CRM or dialer (GoHighLevel is a plus).
• Reliable attendance for night‑shift work.
• Nice to have: experience selling SaaS, marketing services, or agency retainers.
