Frontend Developer – Next.js & TypeScript

About the role

PayOn is a fast‑growing SaaS platform serving restaurants, hotels and cafés. We are looking for a Frontend Developer with strong Next.js and TypeScript expertise to build modern, responsive, high‑performance web applications that power our restaurant operations, POS, payment processing and fintech workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend features using Next.js and TypeScript.
• Build responsive, scalable user interfaces that work across devices.
• Integrate REST APIs and collaborate closely with backend engineers.
• Improve existing frontend architecture, performance and code quality.
• Debug and resolve frontend issues efficiently.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Work with designers, QA engineers and other developers in a virtual office environment.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience with Next.js.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern React development.
• Good understanding of responsive design and UI implementation.
• Ability to read, understand and improve existing codebases.
• Effective debugging and problem‑solving skills.
• Good English communication skills and experience with Git.
