Frontend Developer & UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Frontend Developer & UI/UX Designer to own our web experience end‑to‑end. In this hybrid position you will design intuitive digital experiences and bring them to life using Next.js and React, while ensuring performance, SEO, and seamless integration with marketing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive website pages, landing pages, and campaign microsites with Next.js and React.
• Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems in Figma.
• Improve website speed and Core Web Vitals through image optimization, code splitting, lazy loading, and clean code.
• Develop and maintain backend functionality, API integrations, dynamic routing, SSR, and ISR within the Next.js ecosystem.
• Manage CRM integrations (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot) and implement lead capture forms.
• Integrate analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, fix crawlability issues, and implement structured data, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate campaign briefs into engaging digital experiences.

Required profile

• Strong eye for design and ability to create pixel‑perfect interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
• Experience building responsive, mobile‑first web applications.
• Solid understanding of web performance, accessibility, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Ability to troubleshoot frontend bugs and perform routine website updates.
