Frontend Engineer – JavaScript (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on building and maintaining user‑facing features for a platform that connects talent worldwide and leverages AI‑driven workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Implement responsive, accessible UI components that follow the design system.
• Write unit and integration tests and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality.
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and frontend bugs.

Required profile

• Proven experience with JavaScript, TypeScript and React or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of state‑management solutions such as Redux or Context API.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and modern CSS techniques.
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack or Vite.
• Experience consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
