Full-Stack Developer for Sports Fan-Engagement Platform

About the role

Sportech is looking for a Developer to build and own end-to-end frontend modules for its large sports fan-engagement platform, covering both mobile applications and the admin panel. You will create scalable, high-quality user experiences while shaping the platform’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop mobile app screens using Flutter or React Native and admin panel views with React.
• Integrate REST APIs, manage authentication/session state and implement real-time features such as live updates, chat and gifting.
• Implement RTL/Arabic support and white-label theming from a shared design system.
• Design and build REST APIs, database schemas and business logic for assigned modules.
• Integrate third-party services including payment gateways, Agora, SMS/OTP, logistics and sports data providers.
• Implement OTP-gated admin actions, audit logging and role-based permissions.
• Ensure data integrity for token and wallet transactions with thorough testing.
• Own architecture components such as multi-tenant data models, auth/OTP services, token ledger, design system, app shell, theming and i18n.
• Define and freeze API contracts, review code, unblock developers and enforce quality standards.
• Build shared components and integration adapters, and handle performance, security hardening and release readiness.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Flutter, React Native, React (web), Node.js and Python.
• Strong skills in API integration, state management and responsive UI development.
• Experience delivering multi-module products (fintech, marketplace or real-time applications) in a fast-paced, milestone-driven environment.
• Commitment to code quality, testing and CI/CD practices, with the ability to mentor mid-level developers.
• Solid understanding of transactions, concurrency and API security.
