Full Stack Developer – Integration & Automation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Integration & Automation Specialist who will act as a Full Stack Developer for our property management operations. The role focuses on building and maintaining API integrations between Property Management Systems (PMS) and no‑code databases, as well as designing lightweight CRM solutions to ensure data consistency and smooth guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scripts that synchronize listing and reservation data between PMS platforms (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify) and no‑code tools such as Airtable or Monday.com.
• Design and implement lightweight CRM systems and automated workflows on no‑code/low‑code platforms.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve integration or data‑sync issues promptly to maintain system health.
• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams, using automated triggers to assign tasks and follow‑ups.
• Manage multiple projects independently, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for remote team coordination.
• Experience in property management or short‑term rental operations is a plus.
