Full Stack Developer - NestJS | NextJS | React Native

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join Tussle Digital’s product team. You will work across backend services, web applications and mobile apps, using NestJS, Next.js and React Native to deliver end‑to‑end features for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement backend APIs and services with NestJS (REST/GraphQL) and TypeScript.
• Build responsive web experiences using Next.js, focusing on performance and user experience.
• Develop and maintain cross‑platform mobile features with React Native.
• Implement background jobs and queues using BullMQ and Redis.
• Model data and write efficient queries with Prisma ORM on PostgreSQL.
• Integrate frontend data fetching and caching patterns (TanStack Query) and apply state‑management best practices.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into well‑scoped, testable deliverables.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, release processes and code reviews to ensure high code quality.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of full‑stack development experience delivering production features.
• Strong proficiency with NestJS and TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with Next.js (React) and modern frontend patterns.
• Experience building mobile applications using React Native.
• Comfortable working with Git and GitHub workflows (pull requests, reviews, branching).
• Ability to work asynchronously across time zones and communicate progress clearly.
