Full Stack Developer (Team Lead) – Karachi

About the role

Computer House is seeking a Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications. You will oversee a small team, ensuring high‑performance, user‑centric solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, and test new features across both frontend and backend systems.
• Manage and mentor a team of three developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for efficient data exchange.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement and optimise database schemas and queries for performance.
• Deploy applications using version control, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure cross‑browser compatibility.
• Conduct API testing, debugging, and monitor application performance.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of full‑stack development experience.
• Proven ability to lead a small development team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to code quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
