Full Stack Engineer (Python, React & AI/ML)

About the role

Systems Ltd is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to embed directly with client teams and deliver end‑to‑end solutions that span frontend, backend, data pipelines and AI/ML components. This hands‑on coding role sits at the intersection of engineering and client delivery, requiring strong technical breadth and the ability to work autonomously in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with client teams to understand business problems and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, build and ship full‑stack features covering UI, APIs/services, data pipelines and AI/ML components as required.
• Rapidly learn and adapt to the client’s technology stack, prototype quickly, iterate based on feedback and productionise solutions.
• Work with product managers, stakeholders and internal engineering teams to ensure alignment and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack under production pressure.
• Document solutions and enable knowledge transfer to client or internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience building full‑stack applications, preferably with React JS for the frontend and Python for the backend.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort with ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new languages, frameworks and tools quickly.
