Full-Stack MERN/AI Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Full‑Stack MERN/AI Developer with 2‑3 years of experience to join our onsite team in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. You will work across the entire stack, building modern web applications and integrating cutting‑edge AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain features using the MERN stack and TypeScript.
• Develop AI‑powered workflows such as chat assistants, document retrieval, and PDF extraction.
• Integrate AI tools including OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, LlamaIndex, Mastra, and CopilotKit.
• Design and implement backend APIs, server actions, and background jobs.
• Work with PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM, Supabase Auth & Storage for data management.
• Handle file uploads, document processing, and structured data extraction.
• Improve dashboards, role‑based access systems, and admin workflows.
• Debug and optimise production systems for performance and reliability.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Good experience with Next.js App Router and modern Next.js architecture.
• Proficient in React and TypeScript.
• Backend experience with Node.js and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience building APIs, authentication, permissions, and protected routes.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or similar UI frameworks.
• Ability to work in existing codebases and strong debugging/problem‑solving skills.
