Full-time Cook

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our on‑site team in Islamabad. You will be responsible for preparing daily meals that meet our company’s quality standards and any specific dietary requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and present a variety of local and international dishes.
• Organise ingredients, follow recipes, and ensure consistent portioning.
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
• Keep the kitchen clean, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver efficient service and uphold quality.

Required profile

• Strong ability to prepare, cook, and present meals across multiple cuisines.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and basic nutrition.
• Experience managing menus, inventory, and safe use of kitchen equipment.
• Proven track record of maintaining a clean, organised kitchen and following SOPs.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience as a Cook, Chef, or Kitchen Assistant is highly beneficial.
• Culinary training or certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
