Full-Time Remote Appointment Setter / Cold Caller

About the role

ProperlyPR is a growing digital marketing agency seeking three motivated Appointment Setters to work remotely on a full‑time basis. You will engage prospective business owners, generate interest in the agency’s services, qualify leads and schedule sales appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using provided leads and follow approved scripts.
• Speak with decision‑makers, qualify prospects and book qualified appointments.
• Confirm appointments and help reduce no‑shows.
• Record call notes and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects through approved channels.

Required profile

• Clear, professional spoken English.
• At least one year of experience in cold‑calling, appointment‑setting, telemarketing or outbound sales.
• Confidence making frequent outbound calls and handling objections.
• Resilience with rejection and a persistent yet respectful attitude.
• Reliable computer, high‑speed internet, quiet workspace and quality headset.
• Availability for a full‑time Pakistan night shift overlapping U.S. business hours.
