About the role

Earnest Learning Facilitation Center is seeking qualified professionals for multiple full‑time teaching and administrative positions at its Karachi campus (Block 16, Gulistan‑e‑Johar). Candidates will join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high‑quality education and supporting smooth school operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instruction in pre‑primary, English, phonics, science, and social studies.
• Support academic and operations coordination, including office administration tasks.
• Maintain professional standards and contribute positively to the learning environment.
• Assist with digital office functions and computer‑based teaching tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (for teaching roles).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in primary/secondary education or relevant administration.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and teamwork abilities.
• Professional attitude and willingness to work in a morning shift.
