Furniture Design & Production Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Furniture Design & Production Specialist to turn creative concepts into high‑end luxury furniture. The role is based at our DHA Phase 4 facility in Lahore, bridging design vision with master craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Design & Development: Create detailed sketches, 3D renderings, and technical production drawings for bespoke furniture pieces.
• Production Oversight: Coordinate with production teams and craftsmen from prototyping through final execution to ensure design accuracy.
• Material Selection: Source and select premium materials, hardware, and finishes that meet EBONY HOME’s luxury standards.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished pieces for structural integrity, flawless finishing, and compliance with design specifications.
• Collaboration: Work alongside interior designers, project managers, and retail teams to deliver custom client orders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in furniture design, woodworking, or luxury interior fit‑out production.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing techniques, raw materials, wood types, hardware, and upholstery standards.
• Strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and vendor management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, 3Ds Max, or Rhino.
