About the role

Mahogany Furniture is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Furniture Sales Representative to join its retail team in Faisalabad. You will interact directly with customers, understand their design preferences, and guide them toward the best furniture solutions for their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, assess design needs, and present the product range.
• Provide personalized recommendations and build lasting relationships.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and assist in daily retail operations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Prepare sales reports, handle inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer‑service skills.
• Proven experience in retail sales and sales processes.
• Passion for furniture trends and interior design.
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Self‑motivated with excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and sales reporting.
• Experience in the furniture or interior‑design industry is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or interior design is a plus.
