About the role
The Clinical Production Executive will oversee treatment planning and case assessment for a dental team in Lahore. This role bridges clinical expertise with operational oversight, ensuring high‑quality patient care and efficient workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Assess cases regularly with team leads and provide timely, actionable feedback.
- Communicate treatment plan comments clearly with doctors and address their queries.
- Conduct training sessions and develop lecture material for operators.
- Create assessment tests to validate operator competency.
- Evaluate operator performance over time and track improvements.
- Maintain accurate reporting, trackers, and documentation using Microsoft Office.
- Collaborate with both clinical and non‑clinical teams to resolve concerns.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery.
- Advanced understanding of dentistry, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical workflow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clinicians and support staff.
