Global Account Executive – Outbound Sales

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Global Account Executive to drive outbound sales for Shipday’s delivery automation platform outside the Americas. You will identify prospects, demonstrate the product, and guide new customers through the sales cycle to help small businesses worldwide streamline their local deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through email outreach, cold calls and partner referrals.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos for potential customers.
• Prepare and negotiate quotes and contracts.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Work with channel partners to source additional leads.
• Maintain and grow client relationships.
• Track sales metrics and achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of SMB tech software sales experience, preferably in restaurant tech, delivery logistics or payment solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of urgency.
• Experience in fast‑paced environments and strong interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools to manage sales activities.
