Global Content & Engagement Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Global Content & Engagement Manager to own and grow our international digital channels. This remote role will shape the editorial strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and email, turning climate‑focused stories into measurable audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy for all global social and email channels.
• Set growth and engagement targets, run experiments and optimise campaigns.
• Produce and edit content – articles, videos, social posts – highlighting entrepreneurs and climate solutions.
• Manage the editorial calendar, coordinate with chapter communications leads and gather field content.
• Monitor performance metrics daily, generate insights and adjust tactics.
• Explore and pilot new platforms or formats to reach target audiences.
• Collaborate with the CCO, Marketing Manager, Design & Brand Strategist and external consultants.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑channel digital communications for an international organization.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to craft compelling narratives from technical subjects.
• Comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones and coordinating with global teams.
• Self‑starter who can balance strategic planning with hands‑on content creation.
• Excellent written English and interview skills.

• Experience using email marketing tools to design and send newsletters.
• Ability to work with analytics dashboards to track performance metrics.
