Global Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, data‑driven Manager to lead international donor acquisition and boost digital fundraising performance across key global markets. The role will expand TCF’s brand presence and optimise digital campaigns to maximise ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital growth strategies for markets including the US, UK, Canada, Middle East, Europe, Australia and Pakistan.
• Identify high‑potential donor segments and prioritize geographies.
• Create and manage digital media budgets for TCF and its country partners.
• Lead media planning and buying on Meta, Google and programmatic channels.
• Manage end‑to‑end digital campaigns from ideation to launch and optimisation.
• Monitor performance using GA4, attribution models and platform analytics; generate insights to improve conversion rates and fundraising ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams, media agencies, platform representatives and tech vendors.
• Oversee updates to fundraising products, website content, user experience and conversion‑funnel optimisation.
• Explore new digital channels and partnerships to expand global reach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in media planning and buying or digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, analytical and project‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking and ROI analysis.
• Experience with website management, donation platforms and CRM tools (a plus).
