Global Roaming Coordinator Executive

About the role

The Global Roaming Coordinator Executive will support the coordination of operational execution of roaming rollout plans for Telenor Shared Services Pakistan. Working closely with global partners and internal teams, the role ensures successful onboarding, testing, and launch of roaming services while maintaining accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain communication with roaming partners.
• Support negotiation and coordination of International Roaming Agreements (IRAs).
• Coordinate testing and launch activities as per rollout plans.
• Monitor progress and identify risks or delays in execution.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate when required.
• Maintain accurate data and status updates in management systems.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional and international teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–4 years of mobile roaming experience, primarily in coordination tasks.
• Experience coordinating roaming rollout or similar activities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, economics or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a structured, systematic manner.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks effectively.

Required skills

• Familiarity with IREG and/or TADIG processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Basic understanding of mobile roaming processes and rollout lifecycle.
• Basic technical knowledge of mobile networks and roaming services.
