Google Ads Specialist – Packaging Campaigns

About the role

Keystone Medics is looking for a full‑time Google Ads Specialist to lead packaging‑campaign initiatives from its Lahore office. The role focuses on planning, creating and optimizing paid search campaigns that generate leads for the company’s medical billing and revenue‑cycle services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and continuously optimise Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, audience targeting and bid management.
• Monitor performance metrics such as CTR, CPC and conversion rates, and make data‑driven adjustments to meet lead‑generation and ROI targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to align campaigns with service offerings and prepare regular performance reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Google platform updates, best practices and policy compliance to ensure campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proficiency in managing Google Ads campaigns with at least one year of hands‑on experience in packaging or similar paid‑search initiatives.
• Strong analytical ability using Google Analytics or comparable tools to interpret data and improve results.
• Basic understanding of digital‑marketing concepts such as conversion funnels and landing‑page optimisation.
• Ability to craft clear, compelling ad copy tailored to healthcare and medical‑billing services.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting tools to track KPIs and present findings.
