Google Ads Strategist

About the role

SYMITS is seeking a data‑driven Google Ads Strategist to own paid‑media campaigns for an international client portfolio. You will translate business objectives into high‑ROI PPC strategies, primarily on Google Ads, while collaborating with US‑based clients and internal creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and manage full‑funnel Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) with monthly budgets ranging from $10k to $200k+.
• Lead weekly and monthly strategy and reporting calls with US clients, presenting KPIs, performance insights and budget recommendations.
• Perform daily bid adjustments, keyword research, negative keyword pruning, audience targeting and A/B testing to improve CPA and ROAS.
• Partner with creative and design teams to test ad copy, landing pages and visual assets.
• Implement and maintain end‑to‑end conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4 and platform‑specific APIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing and scaling performance‑driven Google Ads accounts.
• Proven ability to communicate directly with US‑based clients and work across time zones.
• Strong background in direct‑response marketing and eCommerce; B2B lead generation is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English, high attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
